Do I need a card to start a trial?+
No. Trials need no card and end on their own; nothing is charged unless you pick a plan. A new member account tries Plus free for 7 days, a trainer tries Coach Pro and a gym owner tries Gym Growth for 14 days.
What stays free?+
Your weekly plan, the daily checklist, the exercise library, calculators, the Kitchen, workout, water and weigh-in logging, streaks, XP, badges and weekly challenges. Free shows the last three months of history; nothing older is deleted, and it is all back the day Plus is on.
Is tax added at checkout?+
No. The price shown is the full price you pay. Healthy Hueman isn't registered for GST yet, so none is charged; once it is, invoices will show our GST number and the tax split.
How do renewals and cancelling work?+
Each plan is paid once, for a month or a year, and never renews on its own, so there's nothing to cancel. A week before it ends we remind you in the app and by email, and you renew in a tap if you want to. Yearly is the same as twelve months with two months free.
My coach is on a Coach plan. Do I pay for Plus?+
No. Anyone coached by a trainer on a Coach plan has Plus for as long as the coaching lasts, at no cost to them.
How do I pay?+
On the website through Cashfree Payments: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. In the Android and iOS apps, through Google Play or the App Store. See Refunds and cancellation.
What about coach and gym fees?+
Separately from the app's plans, each coach publishes a rate card and each gym its membership plans. Those are set by and paid to the coach or gym; Healthy Hueman records them and issues the invoices.
